Calisthenics Strength– This class will focus on building total body strength using isometric holds and dynamic movements in the principle categories: Horizontal/Vertical Press, Horizontal/Vertical Pull, Squat, and Leg Raises. The class will be structured in a traditional strength building set-rep scheme . A great way for beginners to perfect their form on push-ups or achieve their first pull up. For more advanced practitioners, it’s perfect for working towards nailing pistol squats and developing impressive overall strength.
