I am looking for 18 people to test my brand new kettlebell and body weight strength program, and I will personally coach you through this program every step of the way. This is a 4 week kettlebell and body weight training program and you must be able to commit to just 3 days worth of training during these 4 weeks. Expect some challenging routines that will up the antics of your fitness routine and make you a force to be reckoned with. You should have a basic understanding of the fundamental kettlebell lifts (i.e. swings, get ups, presses, cleans, squats and snatches). New to kettlebells? NO WORRIES!
