Recently, a client came to me and stated how absolutely thrilled she was to have dropped inches in just her first month working with me. Now, I am not surprised by this at all, as kettlebell lifting has been proved to add muscle and shed fat like it’s nobody’s business. However, what I WAS surprised by was a comment my client made to me. That comment was simply this: “It just feels like I am not lifting a ton of weight in these sessions. How is this even possible?”
On the contrary dear student. You aren’t just moving a ton of weight during the kettlebell sessions. You are actually moving TONS of weight in these sessions. As you can see, moving over 12,000 pounds in just 20 minutes really does put your body to the test. The end result here is increased strength, increased endurance, and as my client would say “a well deserved shopping trip.”.
