Welcome back to primalburgher.com! If you caught my last blog post, you probably head me mention that I have been receiving a ton of feed back for help with basic kettlebell exercises. While I have address the tougher side of kettlebell training, it occurred to me that I never once set up a series for the new kid on the kettlebell block. After receiving several emails and phone calls, and not to mention a plethora of text messages, I decided to take matters into my own hands and start yinz off with a three part series to work your way up to the kettlebell swing (which, in my opinion, is the mother of all kettlebell ballistic drills).
And, now that you all are equipped with your kettlebells, let’s go over our very first drills: hip hinges and the kettlebell deadlift.
