Janelle Pica’s Powerful Pressing Program is a newly-released training manual that goes beyond helping you to unleash and harness your inner physical strength; this manual is rooted in both purpose and love.
Janelle Pica, of Primal Fitness Pittsburgh, has launched “Powerful Pressing” as her first published lifting program. This training manual will aid you in becoming bigger, better, faster and stronger. This program is a military press program designed to train you to achieve a heavy and strict 1 rep max military press. The program is suited for intermediate kettlebell lifters and power lifters alike.
Pica’s pursuit of strength started after she was diagnosed with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis. In her moment of weakness, she found just the opposite. Enter the kettlebell. The strict press quickly entered Pica’s heart as her favorite lift of them all, and today, she can press two 28 kgs with ease.
She’s here to tell you that you can too.

Whether you’ve already been training with kettlebells or you’re brand new to the sport, Pica has methods to advance your training.
