Well folks, it’s the week of Christmas and with more festivities coming around, I wanted to shoot off a particularly brutal body weight and kettlebell complex a friend of mine have called “The Holiday Hammer”. Grab a pair of kettlebells and set your timer for 20 minutes. It’s about to get real!
The Holiday Hammer
20 Double Kettlebell Swings
15 Push Ups
5 Double Front Squats
Instructor Note: Ladies, for double swings use two 12kgs or two 16kgs. For double front squats, use two 14kgs or two 16kgs. If you’re like me and feel daring, go for double 20kgs on the squats. For the Men, use two 16kgs or two 20 kgs for double swings. Use two double 22 kgs or double 24kgs for front squats. If you are feeling daring, use double 28kgs fro the front squats.
