Since I have been picking up the pace a bit more on my own training, I have started working in some short, quick, but super fun kettlebell challenges that are sure to challenge your grip strength, grit, and conditioning.

Grab one Kettlebell and complete the following routine. Ladies, I recommend using an 8-16kg kettlebell depending on your currently level strength. Men, feel free to us a 16kg-24kg depending on your current strength level.
1 TGU R, 5 Swings R, 1 TGU Get Down
1 TGU L, 5 Swings L, 1 TGU Get Down
Repeat both right and left sides as many times as you can in 15 minutes. 1 full repetition of this routine is performing the ENTIRE NUMBER OF SETS AND REPS on both right and left sides.
